The Advanced Plastic Surgery Center is located at Prescott Lakes and is home to Dr. Mark Fetter's surgical-medical practice and Twin Lakes Medi-Spa.

Mark D. Fetter, M.D., director and surgeon, says the growing number of patients for cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures and skin care clients requires a larger, more private setting. Dr. Fetter, a certified diplomate of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Board of Surgery, began serving patients in Prescott in 1996.

The Advanced Plastic Surgery Center building is located in the Petroglyph Office Park at Prescott Lakes at the corner of Prescott Lakes Parkway and Blooming Hills Drive. The address: 1615 Petroglyph Pointe Drive in Prescott.

The center includes an out-patient surgery suite equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology, a post-operative recovery area, examination and treatment rooms, a private patient consultation office, a peaceful reception lounge, and a day spa for skin care and rejuvenating facial and body treatments. The surgery suite is equipped with endoscopic, liposuction and laser systems.

Dr. Fetter, who also specializes in microsurgery of the hand, said that in addition to reconstructive surgeries to correct the effects of diseases and injuries, surgical procedures at the center include facelifts, nose and ear surgery, liposuction, breast augmentation and lifts, tummy tucks, and treatment for spider veins. Dr. Fetter also performs emergency plastic surgery for traumatic injuries, as well as surgery to correct work-related disorders of the hand.

Twin Lakes Spa, a day spa offering total care in a medical environment, offers a full spectrum of facial and body treatments, including therapeautic massage, facial peels, replenishing facials, laser hair reduction, and waxing.


Dr. Fetter earned his medical degree at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He completed a general surgery residency at the Medical College of Ohio, followed by a residency in plastic surgery at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He served as a hand surgery Fellow at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Fetter is a staff member at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott. He and his wife Karin have three sons and they reside in Prescott.
